There are a few factors that the cost of your house cleaning depends on - the size of your home, the number of kids & pets, general lifestyle & house activities. We’re happy to visit your home and provide a free quote for you.

Your first cleaning is more of a thorough cleaning to ensure that your home has a baseline level of clean that we set our high cleaning standards on. After that initial cleaning, we can better maintain that level of squeaky clean with our routine cleaning.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A DAY AND TIME FOR MY ROUTINE HOUSE CLEANING?

Yes! We make it super easy for you and coordinate a date & time that works for your schedule. Consistency is key to maintaining a clean, clutter-free space. We also pride ourselves in having great communication skills - we’ll call or text to confirm your appointment. 

WHO WILL CLEAN MY HOUSE?

Sometimes, this industry can feel like a revolving door of employees coming and going. That’s not us. Trust that your home will be taken care of by a team member who is familiar with your space.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING MY HOME CLEANING?

This is totally up to you to decide. We can perform our professional house cleaning services whether you’re home or not. 

If you’re home during the cleaning- don’t worry - we will ensure that we’re minimally disruptive to your flow and your Zoom calls. If you opt not to be home during your home cleaning, we will coordinate a way for us to gain entrance that’s most comfortable for you. Our team is only permitted to enter your home during the agreed-upon schedule.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Nope! That just causes all sorts of anxiety for both parties - and - we would MUCH prefer knowing that you’re sticking with us because you truly enjoy our home cleaning services and the extra personal touch we strive to achieve. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY HOUSE CLEANING APPOINTMENT?

We understand that life has a sense of humor and that unexpected things happen. When it does, it’s important to give us as much notice as possible via phone or text so we can communicate with our team. *Recurring cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?

We provide all of the cleaning supplies. However, if there’s something special you’d like to use, just leave it out for us on the kitchen counter, and we would be happy to use it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PETS ON CLEANING DAY?

We love your pets! Roxy and Pepper can hang out while we clean. If there are any special considerations regarding your pets, please provide us with detailed information and instructions.
